When you apply for, purchase, or participate in Oceanfront AI we may collect the following information: your name, your email address, your phone number if provided, responses submitted through application forms, information voluntarily shared during sales calls, onboarding calls, mentorship calls, support communications, or within the Discord community, payment related information processed through our payment providers, information relating to your participation within the program including curriculum progress, Discord activity, support requests, and coaching interactions, and basic technical information relating to your use of our website and services where necessary for operational, security, or administrative purposes. Sales calls, onboarding calls, mentorship calls, and support calls may be recorded for training, quality assurance, service delivery, compliance, and dispute resolution purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to assess applications for membership, deliver the services you have purchased, provide access to the Discord community and program materials, schedule and manage coaching calls, communicate with you regarding your membership, respond to support requests, improve our services and member experience, investigate complaints and resolve disputes, enforce our agreements policies and Terms of Service, and comply with legal regulatory and administrative obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third Party Services

To operate Oceanfront AI we use third party platforms and service providers including but not limited to Typeform for application collection, Calendly for call scheduling, Stripe for payment processing, Wistia for video hosting, and Discord for community and curriculum delivery. These providers process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms of service. We encourage you to review those policies directly. Payment information is processed directly by our payment processors. Oceanfront AI does not store complete payment card information.

4. Discord Community and Program Activity

As part of delivering the service Oceanfront AI may retain records relating to community participation and program activity including Discord messages, uploaded files, support communications, curriculum access records, coaching interactions, and community participation records. These records may be used for service delivery, community moderation, quality assurance, compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our policies and agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect the security and integrity of our business and community.
